Updated: librmsdk.so.1.0.0.yaml; Default ePub serif font (Amasis) to default "Amasis". Removed custom font "KCalson" (Kings Caslon)
If you don't change the default ePub font, are the font sizes different?

I updated my Sage and sideloaded the patch onto the Forma I have.

The Sage seems a bit faster, and it's added a sketchbook in the beta features. No real downsides to it so far.

On the Forma, it hasn't fixed the "freezes while charging" issue I've seen since the firmware 4.x versions came out. We'll see if I start seeing syncs failing after a few weeks or months of use.

I was preparing to update yesterday but the power went out (Nova Scotian driver, garbage truck, and an inconveniently-placed power pole). Oddly, when the power came back on I ran a sync and there was suddenly an update. Curious whether this is a coincidence or not.

It playing with it I found a few things. PDF, Mobi and Epub work fine going to kobo.

However I don't think there's anything of interacting with it to be uploaded back (like the notebooks). I don't think this is hardware but rather software.

On a side note if you use printfriendly.com you can save pdf's in a friendly format and edit out stuff to make it better. Then save that as a pdf and then send that to google drive.Might be an easy way around pocket.

I see that on my Elipsa, but not my ClaraHD. It’s likely a feature only for the latest or top of the line models, like Dropbox used to be, and OverDrive before it.

It functions similarly to Dropbox. On my iPhone, I saved a Project Gutenberg book to my Google Drive, then used the Drive iOS app to move the file into the Rakuten Kobo folder. Then I resynced my Elipsa and voilà! The book was in My Google Drive.

Although I’ve used Dropbox since its first days, I have become quite unenchanted with their server side move. My WIP no longer resided on my Mac. If I wanted to edit it, I needed an Internet connection to access the Dropbox servers. That’s not quite what I want. Even with Google Fiber, there was always a delay when I opened my WIP. Not optimal or comforting. Besides, sometimes the Internet goes down. Now I’ll play with Google Drive since I’ve never really used it much. I’m happy to have an alternative.
