If you want some help, change the not funny URL for your images.

Sadly, those links don't work. I get either a black screen or a 404 error. Perhaps you might try using the Attachments tool on this site.

Minor correction. Copy and paste on the last URL which is not wrapped in [UR][/URL] gets me an E-Z.host login/register screen.

Same here, it did a reset when I picked up the device. Asked for wifi credentials when I entered them it did another reset and is now stuck on this:

https://tweakers.net/i/t9ihj0XU7fUVn...g?f=user_large

Unresponsive (except the little light in the power button) to anything I do, support gave me a 10-30 euro voucher

You might want to try copying a firmware image to a new µSD card and installing it.

They are working now. You might want to try picking up a new µSD card and copying a Clara HD firmware image to it.

To request a firmware image for your devices, please post in the appropriate thread in the Kobo Developer's Forum. See the Index of SD Card Image Firmware Request Threads to locate the appropriate thread.

You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for them to be enabled.

Once PMs are enabled, please post your request in the appropriate forum.

Yes. The back cover is relatively easy to remove. The video I've linked has a spudger used but I've used a guitar pick without issues.
