Looks like the site paginates the chapter list now and only the first 50 chapters are initially displayed.

I'll look into it.

Is there a way to search the library by story URL? I change them to custom identifiers when they're finished, so checking url: identifiers isn't always feasible.

You change identifiers:url? The indentifier. For the URL. And now you're asking how to search for it.

The FFF saved metadata column also contains the story URL. Assuming you use it. And haven't changed it.

I have ffnet: and ao3: identifiers with the storyID. I remove the url: identifier for completed stories. (In-progress stories I don't bother; they just get re-added back anyways.)

I forgot about the saved metadata column though.

Is that all because of CloudFlare? I tried once to get FlareSolverr working for ff.net but could not manage and gave up. If it is CloudFlare, is there an in depth guide for solving that?

Scribblehub does use CloudFlare and has been more aggressively blocking. It's come up several times of late, see issue 964 for example:

Using FlareSolverr proxy is the only way I currently know to use FFF to download from Scribblehub. I was able to download that story using FlareSolverr.

Would browser cache also work for SH, or is it a no-cache?

EDIT: The URL that TheOne provided is max-age=0, which has the same effect. I'll update the 'websites known not to work' section.

I figured it out. I had to add a pointy > (forgot the name) to the empty line in-between.

So, I changed the user_agent and now it works fine. Makes sense as the error was "Client Error: Forbidden".

Hi,

I've downloaded a few stories with FanFicFare and my cover is replacing the artwork embedded in the fic. Here is an example url: https://archiveofourown.org/works/48041017

Here is the HTML code in the epub file: you don't need to view the image but it is safe for work.

In the calibre "Edit Book" panel under "images" the embedded art image file is listed as "OEBPS/images/ffdl-0.jpg."

I'd like the cover image to only be used once as the cover, and embedded art to display in the fic.

I've attached a screenshot of my FFF "Calibre Cover" settings.

I'm using "generate_cover_settings:" in my personal.ini

generate_cover_settings:
 ${category} => 陈情令 | The Untamed => Untamed

I'd appreciate any and all help in figuring out why my cover settings are replacing all images with my cover image.
