You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

Sorry for misunderstanding. I posted the first one, but i couldn’t see the post in thread. I think it needed to be moderated, i missed that and thought that i couldn’t post. Then i wrote the second post. So it is not related to your “late” reply.

The SD card of my KOBO Clara HD is corrupted as well. I cannot even reinitialiwe my device. Can someone please provide me with the SD image to flash? Also, i understand there is a question of the device key that i should replace in the file with an hexadecimal editor. But how can i find the source/replacement string?

The device key you are referring to is the device serial number. It is located at 0x200 in the image. For a Clara HD, the characters are SN-N249123456789 where 123456789 is the serial number. For some of the images, the SN-Nxxx is still there but in some the entire string has been removed.
