What I will say is an eink reader gave reading back to my mom. For the last few years she hasn't read at all. Since I gave her the Nook, she has been reading like it's going out of style.

My mom got into reading via eInk. She no longer had to go to the bookstore. She no longer had to go to the library. I would get the books for her and all she had to do was plug in her Reader and press the button to connect to the computer. I did the rest from home. It worked out very well for her.
