Device: Kobo Libra 2
Kobo Libra 2 not recognized as a USB-device

I am working with Calibre latest version.
I run Kobo Utilities and in the section Device I see my Kobo Libra 2.
I would like to store my books from Caliubre to my Kobo, but I cannot see my Kobo as a folder.
I have run Abobe Digital Editions.

Who can help me and what is the solution?

You have to give more information . What computer and what OS? Have you tried different USB ports and different USB cables? Have you tried different computers?

I would not be surprised if ereaders are better recognized when connected to a USB2 port of the PC. USB2 or USB3 should of course make no difference.

BTW, I do recognize it. Sometimes my Libra 2 is recognized as a USB mass storage device (correct recognition) and sometimes as a Linux device that you can't use/access on PC or transfer books.
My Kobo Glo HD has the same problem but less frequently.
Unpluging and replugging the usb cable usually works. Sometimes it requires a reboot of the ereader and connect the USB cable after the ereaders is on the home screen.

Have you tried USB Deview (from nirsoft) to remove the usb drivers. So that after a reboot of windows they are reinstalled as soon as the device is connected.

I've connected my Libra 2 to USB2, USB3, and USB-C and all worked without issue.

Until the OP comes back and gives us more information, it's all just speculation.
