You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for them to be enabled.

Once PMs are enabled, please re-post here to let me know.

Hi,
My Kobo glo HD is completed bricked...
Impossible to access to the .kobo folder, and under Max the sdcard is not readable.
Is it possible to have a copy of the original of the SD card image ?

unfortunately I formatted the internal sd ... what operation should I do first?

While you have PMs enabled, you will need to go into the User Control panel => Settings and Options => Edit Options. Under the Private Messaging options, remove the checkmark from Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators. After that is done, please let me know so I can send you the link.

And please re-post your request in the Kobo Glo HD thread.
