The books in SW Perry's Jackdaw series go on sale a lot, so I usually don't post anymore. But it is unusual to see all six, including the newest one, on sale at the same time, in the UK, for £0.99 each. Titles include: The Angel’s Mark, The Serpent’s Mark, The Saracen’s Mark, The Heretic’s Mark, The Rebel’s Mark, and The Sinner’s Mark. Note that The Sinner's Mark is unfortunately pubbed in April 2023, but luckily all six are on sale at Kobo UK as well...and discountable too!

Death with a Double Edge is the fourth and most recent (2021) in Anne Perry's spin-off Daniel Pitt series...at least until the fifth one comes out in April of next year. It has dropped to $2.99 at Kindle and Kobo US.

Catacombs is the twelfth book in the Faye Longchamp series by Mary Anna Evans. It's £2.19 right now at Kindle UK. Books in this series are usually pretty pricy, so not sure why this one has been relatively reasonably priced for many months. But I'm not complaining...

Based on its blurb, I'm not totally sure about The Lost Apothecary, by Sarah Penner, as a mystery, but it's also listed in SYKM, and that's good enough for me. And it's on sale right now at Kindle UK for £0.99, and it sounds pretty good, and its webpage claims it was a New York Times Top Ten Bestseller. So even if it's "only" a historical novel with some mysterious elements, I'm going to give it a try...

A couple of years ago, I was quite taken with The 13th Fellow, by Tracy Whiting, featuring Havilah Gaie as the protagonist. I was really happy to see a second Havilah Gaie title, Paris a Go-Go, come out recently and read it as soon as I noticed it, using KU. Both these titles are a little more chick-lit-y than I usuallly like, but there's enough academic snark in there to balance out, IMO. (Also, as I mentioned not too long ago, I'm a huge Francophile, so love the settings...) Now Paris a Go-Go has dropped to $0.99 as a US Kindle Countdown deal for almost 3 more days.
