How do I get the usage of the Calibre library?

How do I get the usage of the Calibre library? Can we get the statistics, such as a total number of downloads, read, etc. by the users on Calibre for a period or custom range? I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Usage? Read?

The content server has a log.
You would need to collect it regularly and parse it.

But, don't you know who is authorized to use the content in your Library?

Note MR policy (see guidelines at bottom) on helping those not authorized to lend content.
