I don't believe we've had any measurable snow so far this "winter" but it looks like that's going to change. The high temperature for the day was 45°F and it was very sunny up until half an hour ago. The temperature is now dropping through the thirties and a solid layer of clouds has moved in. The forecast is for 6 inches of snow tonight. But, by Wednesday the temperature will be in the 50s and by Thursday it will be in the 60s, so the snow shouldn't cause any long term difficulties.

Well, we got closer to 3 inches, and that's not going to last very long. The high temperature today was 38°F, but tomorrow should hit 50, and Thursday is still expected to hit 60.

But, at least we can say we got some snow this winter.

40 degrees and raining all night. We had thunder and lightning at 1:20 AM.

It rained all of Friday night into the morning. On Saturday at almost 10pm I was getting a bus after swimming and noticed it was raining again. It was 38 degrees then. It will be going up to low 50s on Sunday, partly cloudy.

It's currently snowing. It wasn't predicted for my area until maybe tonight. For the rest of the day we can get rain, snow, hail, sleet and everything in between. Since it's above freezing and the ground is still warm the snow melts immediately. But it looks pretty.

Accuweather tells me (3AM on Tuesday) that it is heavy snowing and 32 degrees. Monday it got up to 54 in the afternoon and sunny.
