You can use Download and Transfer via USB for Kindle eBooks you've purchased. But not Kindle Unlimited/Prime eBooks. In order to download such eBooks published after January 3rd, 2023, you will need an older Kindle.

The Android app uses the extension ".prc" for book files in MOBI or KF8 (azw3) format. It looks like you have a usable file there. It is the same size as that book's .azw3 file delivered to my older Kindle device.

That book has DRM so you will need to extract the decryption key for the Kindle Android app from BlueStacks in order to make use of it.

I am not familiar with BlueStacks, but a quick Google came up with: In BlueStacks, at the top right, click the Gear, Settings, Preferences, and check "Enable Android Debug Bridge (ADB)".

If that doesn't work it might be possible to obtain the needed file if BlueStacks allows access the app's private storage or if the emulated Android OS can be rooted.

Based on what you have done so far this could likely turn out to be a viable alternative to using Kindle for PC/Mac and avoid the need to obtain an e-ink Kindle to obtain access to books. Please keep us updated.

Copied the eBook file out using the Bluestacks Media Manager. You could probably do this via USB on a real device

Book successfully imported and DeDRM'd

Since I was using Bluestacks emulator rather than an actual device, I had to enable the option in the Bluestacks settings.

I can't test for KU as I don't have Prime. I'll see if I can find a sample.
