a KOBO update messed up my KOBO GLO HD and I tried a factory reset.No luck.I need an image.Can anybody help? Thanks in advance

Please note that posting multiple requests to have private messages enabled does nothing but annoy the administrator who is looking after that task. Please wait until Private Messages are enabled and then post again.

This is a hobby activity and there will be times when you will simply have to wait until someone is able to look after the task. Not to mention the effect of time zones—if you noticed, the admin who has been taking care of the PM enabling is located in England so your first message was posted at 18:30 his time and your second was posted at 21:55 his time.

Hi I'm new to this forum...just recently recovered a kobo glo hd but when I tried to restore it it disconnected from power and stuck on that recovery screen. Can I solve the problem if some of you send me a clean image of the kobo and I mount it on the SD ? What steps should I follow?
