Alas, I should have checked ereaderIQ. I was watching a video on early cyberpunk which is what lead me down the rabbithole of Bruce Sterling and Pat Cadigan.

Has anyone read other Cadigan? I'm looking at Mindplayers and Tea From an Empty Cup. Recommended?

I thought I'd read Synners in the last few years, but now I think about it, it was Fools, which I thought was pretty good. I read Synners way back when cyberpunk was the hot new thing, and don't remember too much about it, except that I didn't like it that much. I think I'd get more out of it now. I wonder if I still have it?

I've actually had Synners for a couple of years. But reading the reviews reminds me of why I haven't read it yet: too long with too many extraneous characters and glacial pacing.

Those don't kill the book for me. But I'll back burner it.
