I would really appreciate an image too! Mine just stays in the powered off screen and I hope it helps. Other resets, charging overnight, battery disconnect and connecting again all didnt help. And the usb port isnt loose or dirty.

Need the Kobo Glo SD card image
Hi

would you be so kind as to let me have the Kobo Glo SD card image too please. I have a Glo that packed up earlier in the year, have bought an Aura since then which is working fine but would like to have another go at getting the Glo working again.
