Help Creating Save to Disk template

Hello everyone, I have used Calibre for years but I'm not an expert. I used to have a save to disk template that let me save my books in the following format:
Series [Series_index] Title - Autor.

However, as of 6 hours ago I updated Calibre and somehow that no longer exists. It reset to the default. I have no idea how to re-create my old template. I hope somone can tell me how. I've tried all manner of searching on the web and haven't managed to find a solution.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

My save to disk template is:

{author_sort:sublist(0,1,&)}/{series:| [|} {series_index:||]} {title} - {authors:sublist(0,1,&)}

Which gives me a directory with the author sort as the name and subdirectories with either [Series #] title - first-author-in-list if there is a series or title first - author-in-list if there is no series.

I use the sublist(0,1&) just to keep the paths shorter.
