Unfortunately, no.. (I'm guessing that you referring to the KOHighlights app)

Most of the current Android version do not mount their storage drives as a normal drive in Explorer but instead they use MTP (“Media Transfer Protocol”).
Its more like an FTP connection than a drive.

The solution to this problem depends on something else.
Does KOReader creates sidecar folders (.sdr) with the book's metadata next to the books you've read or it creates .lua files inside a History directory (inside the \SDCard\KOReader\ folder)?

Depending on this, you will have to copy these folders/files to a folder in your computer and point KOHighlights there...

Updated to v1.4.2.0
- Right clicking the "Archived" button produces a menu with actions for the Archive database. That way we can use a database file that is located anywhere, even on the cloud.
- Exporting without the Page numbers but sorted "By Date" hung the app.
- Exporting highlights from multiple books to individual files produced text files that contained html code or the opposite.

- A new column with the number of comments.
- User's review is visible in "Book Info", if one exists.
- More checks are added to the highlight extraction from the metadata file.

Can you please open a GitHub issue with some more details..
If you don't have an account, post some more details here and I will answer you, but either way it will be after I return from my holidays so I can check it out..

EDIT: Seeing you other post, and understanding that you're talking about the PDF bookmarks, I can safely say that it will never be implemented since the program handles only highlights..

Updated to v1.5.0.0
- "Show in Highlights" menu has a new entry, "Date Format", where you can customize the appearance of the date using format codes (info here).
  This influences the way the date is formatted when the highlights are exported, and the way its presented at the "Book Info" panel.
  It is not supported in the CLI side of the app though.
- Fixed exporting highlights to csv from "Highlights View" that did not work.
- Fixed some display problem when the system uses a dark theme.

Is it possible to have a sorting-column to allow one to order the books by what-has-a-highlight vs not? Or some other way to only show books with highlights?

I note that you can select ALL the books and 'archive' (save on local disk) all their highlights.
Even if there are some books without highlights, the app just ignores these and only saves for the relevant ones.
You can also choose a different location (safer than the C drive) for the database, which you might want to do straight away.

ALL GENIUS !!!
