Synchronize dat between a kobo clara and a libra 2

Hello everybody
I need your help with something. I need to synchronize my books (with their related annotations, underlines etc) between a kobo clara hd and a newer kobo libra 2 but without going through the Kobo site. is there any way under windows 7 system?

anyone who can help me? Do I have to go through all the books and lose all the notes?
