Hi all,
I've got Calibre and Calibre-web running on my QNAP NAS, which is all working great - but I'm trying to use the auto-add feature. When i manually go into the GUI of my NAS and upload a book, Calibre sees it and sorts it and is happy. However, when I upload a book to the folder through SFTP, Calibre doesn't notice any change - this seems very strange? Has anybody got any ideas? |

presumably whatever method sftp is using to put file s in the directory doesnt work with whatever method Qt is using to monitor the directory. All I can suggest is make sure the book files are in the auto-add directory, not a subdirectory and they have proper read/write permissions for whatever user calibre is running as.
