Yes I got the exact same dots as you, only visible at an odd angle. I just checked in the complete dark and my frontlight might be a tiny bit more bright on the bottom 5-10%, but the difference is minute.

Thanks, no I am with you - have the marks, but no issues with light (well checked and its very very very slightly brighter, but so slight it does not bother me).

I think it was another user that stated the light was effecting them.

Meh, the "glue" on my Libra 2's micro-SD was almost non-existent and it was a piece-of-cake to swap out with a 256GB card.

Just received mine...what's up with the LED at the top right in the bezel? Is there a way to turn this off? In the light its not so bad but in the dark I imagine it will be super distracting...

NVM it goes away pretty quickly seems to be a loading light. Still kind of annoying but not as distracting as I thought.

The micro sd card is "glued" in if you want to call it that.
It was very easy for me to wiggle the card out.

I'm probably spoiled by the perfect illumination of the Libra 2, but I recognize a slightly grayish, shadowy area at the top edge on the Clara 2e. This is at least quite visible in dark surroundings. I do not mean that the illumination is bad. But the Libra 2 still has the edge here in my opinion.

Clara 2E seems like change for the sake of change. There doesn't seem to be any significant improvements, but I suppose e-readers have gotten to the point where there is really nothing left to significantly improve. Affordable color e-ink screens perhaps, but I really can't think of anything else.
