Oddly enough, I was just posting in a thread over in a 3d forum saying that I'd rather not be looking at images of internal organs (the previous poster was complaining because his "horror" renders of zombies tearing out a woman's intestines were not considered appropriate for the site). So I think I'll pass on your cancerous internals as well, Ricky, if you don't mind.

If they're mid-op' photos, well, yes, I'd say "Ewwwww" and avert my gaze to avoid the technicolour yawn, but if you're talking "specimen jar" stuff, well, yeah, that'd be cool.

for the love of god and squirrels, if you do that, at the very least please do it in a new thread clearly labelled (preferebly, clearly labelled something like "keep out zelda !!") so i can avoid them.

Yeah, it's strictly organs on the pathology table type stuff. I've got one photo that's a real hoot. It's of my uterus and cervix with this HUGE tumor that was pretty much crushing the whole structure. I named it "Max."

I took Max's photo with me to my 20th high school reunion and pulled it out whenever someone just had to show me photos of their kids (for the umpteenth time). Fair's fair, and Max was the only thing that was ever going to come out me.

I may have already scanned it in, but if I haven't I will. Max is the best of the bunch (the other photos just look like piles of meat). I'll post it with a label of "Super Gross -- not for those who go "ewwww"" or something like that.
