Renumbering footnotes
Would it be too difficult to add a function to renumber footnotes? It would be very useful when one adds a footnote in the middle of a book and would like to keep the consecutive numbering, as for example when doing the same in a Word document.
Sorry for my poor english (I used online translator). |

You should probably look into the Sigil Plugin Index here:
https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=247431 If you know python you can use the Regex Function Replace plugin to do what you want. There are also an Incremental Ids plugin that can be used with regex to renumber things. And a Footnote Manipulator plugin that may help. |
