You can also use
Code:
program: $#mybool == 'yes' |

I assume this has been about sending books as kepubs using the template. My current template is:
Code:
program: as_kepub = ''; if (current_library_name()=='Incoming' || in_list($tags, ',', '\[as_kepub\]', 'as_kepub', '')) then as_kepub = 'as_kepub' fi What I realised when I saw the release is that I should have added the global variables that I added for the collections template. That would let you use the device serial number to only send to a particular device. And as I don't remember if I mentioned it anywhere outside the code, the collections template has the following global variables:
I think only the first one is particularly useful, but, the others are things that I could see that the driver knows about the connected device and might make sense. |

I was having a look at the code of the KePub that I am reading. I was wonder what the reasoning is for the multiple koboSpan spans in some paragraphs? Are they needed or would KePub work with just one koboSpan per paragraph?
I did a quick S/R and removed all of the koboSpan except for those that followed <p>. So far everything seems to work. |

Did you test with one book, or multiple ones?

Is this anything similar to what you're seeing? It's from an eBook downloaded with FanFicFare and then sent to my Kobo with KTE.

Judging from the id of the spans, I'd expect that it was used internally for reading position/annotation purposes?

Yes, that is what I am seeing with multiple spans in some paragraphs. I'm wondering why more then one span per paragraph is needed.

For any paragraph which contains only plain text, a single kobospan wrapped around the whole of the text should be fine. Last edited by jackie_w; 06-09-2022 at 01:00 PM. Reason: typo |

Is it causing issues? If not, I dont see why it matters.

Plugin uninstalled upon Calibre update to 5.44?
I just updated to the new version of Calibre released today, 5.44, and when it restarted it seems that this plugin had been uninstalled? I was able to reinstall and use it with no issue, but I'm wondering if this happened to anyone else.
