I'm sure Marc can come up with something, but it might be worth clarifying if you want a Mobilita Republica cooling, or a chocolate variant with a high melting point or simply a rewriting of the laws of physics.

I have no scientific experience whatsoever, therefore it is obvious we need someone with expertise and a good deal of imagination.

How about a heat activated microcooler in each coin?

Hmm... Is eating the coin of the Realm a capital offence or a required sign of obeisance? If the latter, there may be a problem if the microcooler is ingested by the loyal subjects resulting in a frozen populace. (It also makes it difficult to dissolve coins in ZCDs to make black-market ZCPs, though montsmags Enterprises might consider that a significant advantage, unless the micro-cooler can be set to a suffient delay so that, when submerged, the coin dissolves and then the cooler kicks in to generate a chilled ZCP.)

Are you sure we can't just get Marc to modify the laws of thermodynamics, or something?

Absent a change in the laws of physics, it seems to me that inserts for pockets and other change-carrying containers that keep the temperature cool (but not cold, as that causes bloom on chocolate) would be ideal. We don't want to mess with the melting point of chocolate, as that's part of the fun of eating the stuff!

Hm... maybe the foil coating could be a perfect thermal insulator? Then the chocolate would remain at its temperature when inserted into the foil until opened.

Among other things. Look at it this way. you go to a bar and order a rum and cola. You get a drink handed to you and you pay the bartender. You drink the drink and get a little intoxicated.

Zany Carters are not like that at all.

sadly, i discovered when i tried to use zany carters to help me with an overload of work and too short deadline, zany carters are not conducive to productivity. but skoal anyway !
