Text in advanced notebook lost twice - solution?

Hey guys

Thank you to everyone that has made this a useful forum.

So it has happened twice that when writing a longer text in advanced notebook that the text was lost.

The first time while writing or in the notebook the device froze and I restarted, then all text was gone!

The second time a longer text had been written as well and the notebook left open while the device was unused, when coming back to it the text was gone.

I've been thinking it froze and restarted.

Both occasions happened on version 4.31.19086.

What can be done to solve this?
For the people that has been using the advanced notebook for an extended period of time and has not had this happen - which version did you use?

Support wrote to update to latest version which I did (version 4.32.19501) but there was no mention about this being fixed in the update log and I haven't really been very keen on risking it happening again.

Thank you.

4.30 & 4.31 bad. Entire notebook could vanish. Elipsa
4.28 was OK
4.32 is better than 4.31, crashed only once and nothing lost. Better recognition than 4.28, on Elipsa.
I also have Sage on 4.32.x

I export to docx (if shapes & images) or txt regularly (text only) to avoid loss now. Like Save on the laptop. I change Notebook name if a major change after an export.

ok, thank you.

So after upgrading to 4.32.19501 letters have been flashing briefly so that the background was visible after being written in the advanced notebook.

This has seemed to occur only one time per letter(s) briefly after it or they were written.

It also happened in the non advanced notebook.

It persisted after reboot.

If anyone have any suggestions, please share them.
