Set IP for wireless device
My Windows PC shows wireless device 5 IP addresses in Calibre.
Where can I put this on the important?

Do you have 5 Network ports on that PC (includes wireless)?

thought there used to be a tweak / setting to specify what adapter (by IP) to listen on I could not find it, sorry

Preferences / Plugins / Device interface plugins / Smartdevice app interface. Customize the plugin. There is a box in the configuration telling the driver which IP address to use.

Does that affect the IP address and port used by the calibre web server? I have noticed that when I have multiple active network ports with internet access, the calibre web server seems to show all of them will be used.

No. The equivalent content server setting is in Preferences / Sharing over the net / Advanced / The interface on which to listen for connections.
