Is there anyone using Note Pro? The latest firmware is not working correctly

I've been using Note Pro for a long time, previously it's been working just fine until recently I updated the firmware to 3.2, which leads to a lot of problems, the most serious of which are the following two:

1. It reboots itself automatically from time to time, especially when I'm using third-party apps (such as Kindle).
2. Kindle doesn't work with the normal or regal refresh mode. The screen doesn't refresh itself on page turn when I'm using the two modes. It's just like Kindle doesn't respond to my page-turn click, only clicking elsewhere (such as the navigation ball) does the screen refresh itself.

Has anyone encountered those problems, especially the second one? How do you solve it? Thanks

I am using the NotePro with Android 9, version 2021-08-10-27_3.1_959a7b5. So some flavor of 3.1 from the middle of August '21. However, I can't update yet to 3.2.
Since when could you update to 3.2 on Android 6?

Normally, I would go over the common points first. Especially, disabled system apps, such as Google services.
However, cleaning the cache and data of an offending app and even reinstalling that app, goes a long way to getting rid of random reboots. I remember this being repeatedly necessary for my old LG mobile, when LineageOS had another system update.

I updated to 3.2 in January this year. It's a beta version, I sometimes send feedback to Boox and they seem to choose me to upgrade to this version.

I'm curious how you updated NotePro to Android 9.0? I'm always using Android 6.0 because they never updated the Android version.

Request for firmware 2021-08-10_14-27_3.1_959a7b6

@Markismus, knowing that your Note Pro is on 2021-08-10_14-27_3.1_959a7b6 which the blocky writing problem seems to be solved, would you mind sharing with me the update file? Thanks a lot.
