Friday Night -- Pizza and Talisker Night. The 10Yr.

Do you actually drink the Talisker while you're eating the pizza? Or does the single-malt come after? I'm not judging (lord knows I have my own eclectic pairings), just curious.

Mostly after. Though I've been known to start sipping before the last slice is done.

It's really about my "night off". I do most of the cooking here, but on Fridays, my DW is responsible for the pizza and I get to kick back and savour a bit of Talisker.

Used to be. But we are staying away from crowds of unmasked people these days. The risk for both of us is just too high.

The last couple of years has seen mostly delivery and/or pickup orders. Just too much risk otherwise.
