Post Editing Indents

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can help. I have a manuscript that has the following numbering system:

1. Text
2. A. Text
B. Text
Text

I am using indesign to create the export and can keep the first line indent, but when I start adding letters it doesn't export correctly using. Maybe there's a different way I can prepare it in the paragraph styles?

Or, how might I edit/create styles inside calibre?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks
Mike

Indesign?? this forum is about Calibre's Edit-Book

Basic HTML , Not Calire
read up on LIST ITEMS, Ordered Lists (type)

But Wait, there is more...
Not all devices support <li> (and I have no clue if you convert to formats like PDF)

For each way you want the heading to appear, use a different heading (H1, H2,...H6 etc.). Modify the settings for each style. However Indesign does that, if it does it.

Once in Calibre, open the book in the editor and adjust the tags in the html files and the related css settings.
