I'm sorry but I'm not very familiar with the syntax yet. Is this sequence correct?:

menu_item :main :Wifi On/Off :nickel_wifi :toggle
chain_success :nickel_settings :force_wifi

Does it work on 4.30 or 4.31 firmware versions?

Can we make highlights or notes on PDF files with Nickelmenu?
Also, how is the battery performance in Sage? Does the battery run out fast like Koreader and Plato?

No for PDF highlights.

This is the wrong thread for asking about the Sage battery life.

Not sure what this has to do with NickelMenu, but, on the Sage, you can make annotations in DRM free PDFs when using the Stylus.

Recently updated to the latest version to get dark mode working again. But ever since then I get a message every time I select a word to look up the definition. It reads " NickelMenu Could not find required SelectionMenuView and SelectionMenuController symbols for adding selection menu items (this is a bug)." The dark mode now works but it annoying to keep getting that message. I have tried completely uninstalling and then deleting NM file from my device and reinstalling but it the issue persists. Any help? Kobo Libra H2O if that matter on latest firmware.

Update to the current version which fixes that problem.

Thanks. That did the trick. I had just updated it but I guess the post I was following linked to an old version.

Coming from a Pocketbook, I am planning to buy a Libra 2. I have two questions about using NickelMenu:

1) Can I open books in KOReader by clicking them in the NickelMenu? Or can I just open KOReader in NickelMenu, and then open the book through the KOReader Book Browser?

2) Can I run bash scripts in NickelMenu?

Thank you in advance!

Dunno about bash scripts but you open KOReader through nickelmenu then open a book within KOReader.

Ok thank you very much! Do you know any possibility to run bash scripts on Kobo? Maybe with KFMon?

You can directly run shell scripts from NickelMenu.

I'm not sure if bash is available, but busybox certainly is.
