Images in Featured Article view?

I've noticed some of the paid newspapers on kindle now have images in the featured articles view. Is this supported in the recipe system somehow? I haven't seen it in any of the recipe's I'm using now but wouldn't mind making some modifications.

No, it isnt. Should be possible to add, but I'm afraid I am insufficiently motiated to do so myself, patches are welcome.
