Hi there!

Could you please share an image of the Clara HD sdcard? My kobo has been stucked on Powered off screen, and none of the available reset methods worked. I've tried charging it with different cables, attached to a PC or to a power outlet directly, but still no success. I hope that replacing the sdcard with the correct image will resolve this issue.

Sorry, the "PM sent" was in response to @LuQQ request. It was actually the first request for the Libra 2 image, and though I had already answered it, I think it distracted me from looking further up. But, the PM has now been sent.

Thanks davidfor! I've replaced the sdcard with a new one, and restored your image on it. I can confirm that this method resolved my issue, and the ClaraHD works now!

I have a Glo HD on s/w version 4.30.18838 which hangs - all resets done, sometimes it works for a little while then locked screen again. Could someone send me the software to put on a new SD card please.

btw I hope a 16GB card will work, i tried a few places and this was the smallest size card I could buy ... euro6.49
