No. These emails came off of the servers a long damn time ago. However, they are consistent with what I've been saying to everybody on the planet for the past several years. Their testimony has been "I do not recall", "I do not remember", "I have no recollection." I remembered the damn conversations, quite well as it turns out.

I'm sure they won't be very happy that I kept this correspondence. But, that's tough luck. In depo, they have been very careful about not directly stating anything that could be proved to be a lie. Saying you "don't remember" ... well, that's a safe bet ... even if someone later proves you said the thing you "don't remember" saying.

They told me so many damn lies .... about the amount of land, about the cats, about maintenance. Some of them are backed up by documents of record as well as in my emails. So, honestly, I don't see a problem in proving the truth of the emails.

Currently I'm sitting on the lounge, eating cold pizza, watching a light rain fall, feeling my left knee collect Oscar-drool, and savouring a temporarily empty house (the blood-hordes having gone down to the shops to buy lunch and dinner).

A warm, foggy-misty, grey cloud-set evening of skin-dripping humidity, on the balcony, with a schooner-and-'alf of Magners in a large glass over ice, thank-you, guvna, and don't go easy on the dumb and numbing haze, that'll do nicely.

I'm doing a happy dance right now! My coworker was selling tickets for a basket raffle fundraiser, and I put five tickets in the Shop til you Drop basket. I won it! $450 in gift certificates to some of my favorite stores ($50 target, $100 Banana Republic, etc). I'm so happy! $20 well spent! Apparently that basket had probably 1,000 tickets in it too!

I'm gonna buy some powerball tickets today. Although I'm sure I'm pushing my luck.
