The covers were not available to ship at release of the Sage. Customers received an email stating the cover would be shipped the following (this) week.

Well, the week isn't over yet. I would guess the orders will be fulfilled, as in my case. Also, it has been my experience that the order status vs. "has shipped" email never seem to be in sync.

I've received no email about the cover. I preordered both at the same time on 7 October. I did wonder whether the delay in shipping the Sage might be because they were waiting for the covers to be available so they could ship them together, but clearly not.
