Is there a keyboard shortcut to do a hard refresh of the book list?

Example: One of the sub-searches for my cleanup VL contains a bunch of books missing a chapter count. I add a chapter count to a book. Then I press F5 to Re-apply current sort. This does a soft refresh the list and removes the column icon, but does not actually remove the book from the list.

View Manager's "re-apply view" would be an option, except that I don't have a specific view for my Cleanup VL (as which columnset I'm using depends on the books).

Going to the search bar and pressing enter does a hard refresh and removes the invalid books, but I'm not sure how to quickly switch to it via keyboard shortcut.

If you want to focus the search box, on Windows the shortcuts are 'Ctrl+f', 'Alt+s', and '/'. The 'f' and 's' can be upper or lower case. I don't know if the same shortcuts work on Macs and Linux.

Most built-in shortcuts are documented here.

That doesn't work on Windows 10, because it is used to pop the Start Menu.

Because I use Ctrl+Alt+→ and Ctrl+Alt+← for Next & Previous VL tab I customised it to Ctrl+Alt+↑.

AFAIK no one has ever complained, which might suggest no one but me has ever tried to use it I find it useful because it lands on the current book in the All Books tab.

Considering that newer versions of Calibre require Windows 10 anyways, might be worth putting in a request over on the bug tracker.
