The price is almost certainly not correct, it's much more than the Oasis price. I can't see the new Paperwhites cost more than the Oasis.

Personally I'm not interested, as those new models don't have anything over the Oasis, except for wireless charging. And they have no page-turn buttons, it seems. No buttons=no deal for me.

Yes, I agree with you about the buttons on the Oasis (and the ergonomics regarding the space that the buttons occupy), because they allow a way for me to hold the ereader in a more relaxed and easy manner.

I paid $129 for my Fire HD 10 plus and it has replaced my Kindle paper white vey easily. My eye sight is very bad so I needed the large screen, and text size. I don't see myself going back to the e ink screen any time soon.

No, the prices were corrected to $150 and $210 before the comparison image was removed from the Canadian site. (And it's possible those figures weren't correct either. No way to know for certain.)

I don't like the weight of tablets, but I can see an advantage if you need the larger type.

If it has USB-C, that overrides the buttons for me and I'll happily "downgrade" to the new Paperwhite.

Is extra storage and wireless charging really worth a $60 premium? Wonder if the Signature Edition has something else too?

I strongly suspect it will have USB-C since if you assume a 10 year useful life from now for the last of the PW5s, that'll take you to 2031. What are the odds it'll be pretty hard to find a MicroUSB cable in 2031 like it is now for MiniUSB? I'm guessing pretty good.
