Need more help
I have a more complet question.
My Clara is all the time "Restoring" and I don't know if with an image I could repare it.
I have tried to restore manually but it din't works.
Someone can help me? Could you told what to do?
I'm so afraid!

Hi David,
Would you please send me a Clara HD image as well? My Clara HD screen is stuck on the “sleeping” screen with book artwork, and while holding the power button does cause the LED light on the power button to light up, the screen never lights up or changes to “powering down”.

@halfdome: You need to enable Private Messaging. This is in the "Edit Options" of the control panel. If this isn't there, it has to be added somehow. You can try posting in https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=319819 to ask it to be enabled, or contact a moderator.

Hi David,

My Kobo Clara issue has led me to this great web forum and to you. I am having a similar problem to others with my daughters Clara HD. Apparently, she had just finished reading, went to delete the book she had just read, the screen froze with picture on it. We did a forced shutdown and now it is blank with the power light flashing. We have tried a manual reset, but nothing works. The image on the SD card is not recognised by my computer and each time asks me to format the card to use.

Can you please send the image to me? thanks very much
