If you want to manually full refresh in your app, just broadcast:

Or I could just put full screen refresh in the navigation ball and tap that instead if I want to manually trigger a full refresh...doesn't require a whole other computer to do too.

No, I meant to patch your application:

Intent intent = new Intent("onyx.android.intent.action.REFRESH_SCREEN");
sendBroadcast(intent);

As I said it's not in the global settings, only in the app optimization settings. It's called "full refresh frequency" in English. Set it to 1 and it refreshes every page switch, 5 every 5, 20 every 20 and so on.

But these Optimized Settings are not available for the Boox Apps.

You can set the number of page refreshes in Neoreader itself, and it's basically irrelevant in other system apps like email, music etc.
