I have a Kobo Clara HD stuck on standby screen (with some corrupted lines on the display).
I try to restore de sd card with an old img backup file but it doesn't work :/

Can i receive an SD Image file?

Looking back at your previous post, you mention "with some corrupted lines on the display". That suggest the screen might be cracked. But, try charging the device for a while and doing a manual factory reset. If it is not the screen, these might get it going.
