The Turquoise Lament is the 15th in the awesome (IMO) Travis McGee series by John D. MacDonald. It has dropped to $1.99 at Kindle and Kobo US. Titles in this series are insanely expensive normally in the US (mostly $8.99 to $12.99) so it's a treat when one drops in price. So grab this one while you can if you want/need it.

Cat to the Dogs is the fifth in the Joe Grey series by Shirley Rousseau Murphy. It's on sale right now for $1.99 at Kindle and Kobo US. Along with Rita Mae Brown's Mrs. Murphy series, this is one of the earlier "cozy talking pet" mystery series that I remember - always excepting Lilian Jackson Braun's "Cat Who" series which started even a few decades earlier than these. I read several of the Joe Grey titles in DTB from my library back when, and liked them, although I've never quite gotten back into the series in e-book.

I've read and liked several of the titles in Peter May's "Enzo Files" series. Now here's the latest (March 2021) and possibly last, The Night Gate, on sale in both the US and the UK. The sale price is a lot better in the UK (£0.99 vs $2.99) but either way, it's nice to see a most-recent-in-series book on sale.
