Converted to KFX still showing up as Doc

I’ve converted 33 books from ePub to KFX. 13 of them work great and show up on the kindle as books. The other 20 are showing up as personal docs. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

When converting to KFX the "Create personal document instead of book" option in the KFX Output tab controls whether the result is a personal document. Make sure it is unchecked.

How are you determining that some converted books are personal documents? Using the FILTER by Docs option or something else?

I’m using a Mac and didn’t see an option for create personal document. Yes I’m using the filter by and it shows 13 books and 20 docs.

That is odd. It don't see how you could wind up with a personal document in KFX format without that option being set.

If any of those docs are in the public domain, not under copyright, you could copy the KFX file from your Kindle and post it here so that I could take a look to see what might be going on. (You will have to zip the file in order to post it here.)
