Anyone care to guess what eating a bird that lives on meat, insects and carrion would taste like?

One might ask how Wile E. Coyote would know that roadrunners taste good considering that he never succeeds in catching one?

Does the fact that he never catches Beep Beep The Road Runner mean that he hasn't caught another road runner? Could he have caught Beeeeeeeeeeeep Beeeeeeeeeeep The Road Walker?
