But you can get around the image size limit by doing one of two things. Attach the image or wrap the image in a spoiler tag.

Hello, i am new to this community and cant seem to convert files to kfx format. I tried with that Frankenstein book too and it doesnt work either. I tried reinstalling the plugin and kindle previewer, tried to install different versions of it (3.52,3.48 and 3.45),tried running both calibre and previewer as administrator. There is no issue when i try to open the books directly from previewer. I use windows 10. The error i am getting from plugin:

So i changed OS language to English (It was Turkish before) and it worked !!! Mildly annoying but it works. You might want to add this to dealing with conversion errors tab.

hi, i love your plugin and it's been working great on my kindle.

recently i started reading a book that has long footnotes and somehow the popups show only one paragraph of text (some footnotes have more than one parapragh). if the footnote has more than one  tag (thus another paragraph) the popup won't show it.

do you happen to know a way to fix that without having to remove the additional  tags?

I do not know of a solution for this. There was some discussion of this issue in another thread (Multi-paragraph Footnotes), but nothing came of it.

I don't know if this will work, but you could try stitching the paragraphs together with and see if that works. You would only have one <p.

Anyone ran into this problem: as soon as I send to Kindle, the cover shows up on the book. After a few seconds, it disappears. The cover is properly loaded in epub and I click "use cover from source" during the conversion process.

If you figure out a way to make this work let me know, because that's a Kindle native reader problem too and I'd be willing to format shift to save that incredible irritation. The Just Don't Care, it seems. Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell was very confusing until I figured out, halfway in, that all of the footnotes were being truncated.

However, since epub can be converted to kfx via kindle previewer. I'm wondering how to convert epub into mobi via kindle previewer CLI command?
