No, all the same publisher. And even weirder is that it's book #2 of a trilogy that's unavailable.

EDIT: I checked again and I found it this time. I guess they realized it was missing and put it up.

I think the reason I had trouble finding them on Kobo before is because the series information wasn't present on them: book 2, book 3

Cool. There are a number number of series that I read as a child that I have been on the look out for as ebooks. I do have the Encyclopedia Brown series. I've been keeping an eye out for the old Three Investigator's series, a favorite when I was much, much younger. I see a few have shown up on Amazon. I suspect they are unauthorized, but who knows.
