German-English dictionary for Vivlio Touch HD plus

Hello,

I have a Vivlio Touch HD plus (Pocketbook 632 commercialised in France under that name), and I am in dire need of a German-English or German-French dictionary on it : ideally a .dic or .pbi format. Major plus if it can translate conjugated verbs (for example tell me that "gemacht" originates from "machen", which means "do") but maybe I'm asking for too much...

I find the dictionary originally set up on my Vivlio (ABBY whatever) absolutely dreadful. It doesn't translate half of the words I struggle with.
Would anyone here know where to find a really good German-English or German-French dictionary ? I'd naturally prefer free but I'd be willing to pay for a really good quality dictionary.

There are some threads about creating one from dict.cc for Pocketbook. Just google it. If something prmeade is needed, the database from dict.cc from 2011 is available as Pocketbook dictionary to download:

Sorry, stupid me: the link is for EN-DE. DE-EN is not for download and has to be created by tools available somewhere here.

Thank you for your answer ! To be completely honest, I have tried solving this on my own already (googled it, read a lot of the threads about Pocketbook dictionaries on this forum).
Unfortunately, it's all Greek to me, and your answer is no exception.
For example, when you say "DE-EN is not for download and has to be created by tools available somewhere here", which tools do you mean ? Any particular thread that could be of help and that you could point me to ?

Steps:
1) Download vocabulary database, in your case de-en on this site (you need an mail adress for this) https://www.dict.cc/?s=about:wordlist
2) Unpack and rename properly, ending csv.
3) Remove the header entries so that the first entry is a vocabulary entry.
4) Goto https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=325203 and install pocketbook.pl properly, including perl and the tools mentioned there.
5) Use it as described on the dict.cc vocabulary list.
6) ... or look into your inbox here.
