No, I don't know the answer, I haven't spent a lot of time here in recent years, and when I visit it's usually only a few threads.

I have posted a video above wherein the images under discussion are displayed, and the commentary is what I consider to be balanced.

If that doesn't meet with a moderator views, so be it, but it would, imo, mean that discussion is no longer reasonably open in this forum.

That person might well be Chinese. Hard to tell from the stylized picture. The magician might also be. However, I think the image causing the outrage among some is of the Chinese person with the queue holding a bowl and a pair of chopsticks.

Oh copyright, I see. Well here in Australia up to 10% of a book can be copied, so those images would be within that parameter.

My first guess would be risk of copyright infringement, though there may be a case for the criticism, review, etc, exemption, which I don't know whether that is applicable in the EU.

It might also add fuel to the flames.

(interestingly, the first thing I thought of was the Politics section of mobileread, where issues of a political and other diverse discourse nature takes place. You can tell I haven't thought much about copyright of late, lol)
