A Glo is model N613. The N437 is the Glo HD. I have assumed you have read the model number from the device and sent the image for the Glo HD. If that is wrong, tell me and I will send the image for the Glo.

It looks like there are 2 Glo SD threads. I recommend asking the mods to merge them, or deleting this one entirely.
