Talking Dots Magazine (new link)

Hey all.

Whilst fishing for Avant links & other PDA friendly sites, this
turned up. I don't think it's in the WCC -- I've DL'd and read
over the WCC version converted for Plucker (I use Plucker),
and did not find this entry in there.

Dots Palm Magazine (link depth = 2)
http://www.dotszine.com/dots_palm/

It's sort of a post-modernist magazine, nicely formatted for
palm users, and (evidently) only available in palm/small-site
format; has the occasional application review to relieve the
social commentary. It's free & somewhat different.

Thanks much for all the links, people

It's still quite a list, to be sure. It also occurs to me that if
each member here tried specifically to find just one, new
small site every two months, then....whoa....that'd augment
the list considerably.

Now let's add the PDA sensibility to this: how many times have the users here taken a moment to inquire/suggest wireless access of a cool website? This is important as content can also drive the PDA market (more small sites = greater likelihood that
PDAs will be made to make use of these sites). So, it would be good to ask, it would seem. Even if you vaguely like the website, for the furtherance of the PDA, and for building links around AvantGo, it would be good to ask.

Just my 2 cents.

Kurz.

Just did that myself! Amazingly easy. Site was very receptive/responsive. I hope members here will give snopes.com some positive feedback!

Snopes is excellent.

Just checked out Snopes.com -- very entertaining, esp. given the
net as a source of urban legend itself. I've added this in to my
list of scheduled Plucker sites and will be sure to drop by Snopes
and thank them for making their page available for mobile access.
