If I say to eBay that this seller is selling illegal eBooks and the seller says that he has bought the rights, then eBay can ask to see this and if the seller cannot produce the evidence that it is all legal, then the auctions get pulled.

He/She doesn't have any kind of legit license/rights. Some of the books aren't even available as legal ebooks, they're only available as Darknet scans.

And there's one ebay account selling out-of-copyright ebooks. Probably the only legal ebook seller on eBay. Rather to my surprise - he has customers.

Well all the sellers auctions were pulled and they are 'No longer a registered user'. Unfortunately it won't likely stop them in the long run.
