Ampersand Issue with downloaded metedata

Hello,
I've noticed that whenever I download metedata for a title with an ampersand in the title, it inserts the text 'amp;' into the title next to the original ampersand. I wasn't sure if this was Calibre doing this or just the results from the online sources but I thought I would ask.

several little anomalies like this. A "," in the author line produces the word "and" as well and a ";" gives a vertical hash mark. Guess that it must be some built in coding

Can you give me the ISBN numbers of books that show these bugs.

On the Ampersand issue, Some ISBN's off hand are:

0671318284
1416520783
0671878530

Sometimes multiple entries may be returned and not all seem to have this issue so I'm not sure what the cause may be.
