Aura H2O Can't got to Sign-in page

Hi everyone,
After removing KSM menu My Kobo Aura H2O now cannot go to Sign-in page. The device can turn on/ turn off, choose system language, connect wifi and finish downloading and preparing for update. But after that it goes back to System language choice again instead of going to sign-in page. I try many times and it is the same.
I device still can connect to PC and it show only one folder (.kobo).
Anyone can show me the way to fix this. Many thanks!

Do a hard reset by plugging it in then powering it off. Then hold the power button for 30 seconds or until it shows a critical error message (this is normal) then press the arrow button and it will do a full reset.

Thank you for your suggestion! Kobo Aura H2O has its own manual factory reset. I finally managed to do that.
